Registration Terms & Conditions:

These are the conditions of the contract between you, the client (“you“ and “your”) and Valiant Market Services, (“Valiant Market Services”, “we”, “us” and “our”) governing the utilisation of our services, including the meeting enrollment as mentioned in booking form. This understanding constitutes the entire agreement between Valiant Market Services and your organisation. 

You, your official/s and your specialist may not exchange or allocate any of the rights or commitments of this agreement (in whole or part) without our prior consent. Any attempt to exchange, appoint, or transfer rights without our permission will entitle us to cancel the contract, without any duty to compensate you in any way.

This assertion is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with Ras al Khaimah Law, each party permanently concurs that the courts of Ras al Khaimah will have the non-exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes emerging out of/ in connection with this agreement.

All prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and representations (save for fraudulent misrepresentation) whether oral or in writing are cancelled in their entirety. The terms of any other electronic communications will not form part of this agreement.

Valiant Market Services will not be held responsible for any loss whether tangible or intangible during or after the event.

Our commitment to you:

Should the event be cancelled or the location be changed for reasons or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the event, including changing the location. Should the event fail to be held in-person, the virtual event will go as scheduled. If you have opted for the hybrid package, your participation will remain confirmed for the next in-person edition to be conducted as soon as the situation becomes conducive, without having to pay any extra charges. We at Valiant Market Services are committed to safeguarding the monetary and non-monetary interests of our clients.

Payment Terms:

Full amount is required to be paid within 5 working days from signing the registration form by invoice bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellations:

No cancellation requests will be entertained and payment once made will be non-refundable.

Moreover, if any of the delegates will not be able to attend the event for any reason, he/ she will be authorised to send anyone on their behalf.

Similarly, in case of sponsors and exhibitors, there is no provision for cancellation. But, they will be credited with the benefit of using the already paid event fee in the next edition of the event.
